Abstract format

  • Title should be written in bold, but do not capitalize
  • Use full name of authors, do not capitalize, and separate the authors by comma (i.e. Ola Nordmann, Kari Nordmann). Underline presenting author
  • Write theme of the presentation in the header (right)
  • Abstracts should be written in Times New Roman font size 12
  • Abstracts should be no longer than one A4-page.

Abstracts should be sent as attachment to abstract.nets2010@uib.no

Indicate in your email if you prefer poster presentation or platform presentation.

Presentation format

Posters should have a maximum size of 80x120 cm (w x h)

Platform presentations will be 15 minutes long followed by a 5 minutes Q and A session.
Presentations should be handed in before the session starts and formats can be Keynote (Mac), PowerPoint (Mac and PC) or as Pdf.

Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health

The proceedings of this symposium will be published in a special issue of Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health (JTEH) by Taylor and Francis (T&F). JTEH strongly believes in the continued education of young scientists and will present 3 Book awards for the best presentations held by grad. students or post-docs. T&F is also providing a $500 award for best paper published in the special issue of JTEH following NETS2010.

Deadline for publishing in the special issue is May 1st 2010.
