Riktig godt nyttår til dere alle! Like før jul sendte jeg et notat
til alle ansatte ved instituttet angående bedre utnyttelse av instituttets
arealer. Etter det har vi hatt mange møter der vi har fått mange gode råd om
hvordan vi best mulig måte å gjennomføre tiltakene. Prinsippet om deling av
professorkontorer står fast – det er det eneste tiltaket som virkelig monner
for å gi oss flere kontorer, men noen av de store kontorene vil altså bli
beholdt og fungere som møterom til gruppenes disposisjon. Vi begynner arbeidet i 4. etasje i nordfløyen allerede over helgen og
selv om spesielt støyende arbeid som betongsaging vil foregå etter ordinær
arbeidstid, så vil ombygningsarbeidet medføre en
del forstyrrelser som vii ber om forståelse for. Vi skal gjøre vårt ytterste

Brannvernopplæring vår 2013Våren 2013 arrangerer Eiendomsavdelingen flere brannvernskurs for ansatte ved UiB. Kursene går over to timer, og består av en time teoriundervisning og en time opplæring i praktisk slukking. Nærmere informasjon og kursdatoer finner du her. Påmelding skjer samlet, så send e-post til administrasjonssjefen snarest, så formidler vi det videre.
