From the head of
department
This Friday we have the
opportunity to praise three of our numerous and rather promising PhD
students: Ragnhild Schrøder Hansen, Helene Hisken Pedersen and Anders Sivle
who participated last evening in Research Grand Prix at Georgernes
Verft. The selected 10
candidates competed this Thursday and two of these will enter the finals.
Unfortunately none of our three candidates will go further, but they still
deserve compliments on great efforts in popularising research on behalf of
both IFT and there partners – a big thank you to all three of them! It says a
lot when 30% of candidates in yesterday’s semi-finals come from our
