  1. Discuss the concept of a dominant position under Article 82 EC.

  2. Explain the approach to predatory pricing under Article 82 EC Treaty.

Both Question 1 and 2 should be answered. The answers on Question 1 should represent approximately 2/3 of the total answer, and Question 2 approximately 1/3.
